Add named contact to support panel

## Description

EES publications have a named contact on the contact page, whilst the dashboards only have a contact e-mail address. One of the teams has highlighted that they use a cross-team mailbox as the contact point, but then provide a specific contact name to help messages filter to the right place. They can't repeat that currently on dashboards, so that would be useful to add in.
