Description
If the duplicate rows test fails, it would be nice if we can present to users what has actually failed.
Will require some specific server / UI logic that picks up if that specific row is a fail in the screening checks table and when that happens, triggers something that a user can see (maybe even a tab that is otherwise hidden?)
