We should add guidance to the Analysts' Guide Databricks and ADA section to link to guidance on how to use Databricks Pins, to give teams this option.

### Use case

Teams should be able to look to the Analysts' Guide to find information on Databricks pins, to know it is a potential solution and to know where to go to find guidance on how to set it up.

### Why this is important

I think a lot of teams will not be aware of Databricks pins to know they have the option of using them. The Analysts' Guide is a good place to advertise them. If it is not added, analysts won't know it is an option
