Expand section on ADA/Databricks to explain how it links to version control, automated QA and pipelines

There is a call-out note at the top of the Guide to Getting Started on 'How does RAP fit into ADA/Databricks.'. The page this links to no longer has guidance specifically on this. We are also finding teams are asking us about how Databricks links to Azure DevOps.


**Describe the solution you'd like**
Information to be included in the ADA/Databricks page which talks about the link between Databricks and version control, automated QA and pipelines. This should then be linked at the top of the Guide to getting started page in the call out box

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Removing the call out box section, but this doesn't help teams who are looking for guidance.
