Add backend function for user-submitted forms

## Description
When a user submits a form, it should appear on the admin page.

## Requirements

When a user submits a form, the data should be stored and displayed on the admin dashboard (User Request).

**Admin should be able to:**

- View all submitted form details.

- Modify any user information (e.g., name, surname, address, etc.) when needed.

- Changes made by admin should update the stored data in the database.
