1. Page on warchest accessible via nav bar which has a dashboard for YOUR (i.e line items you are OWED money for) line items
2. Need to show each line item and it's current status
3. Filters need to exist to filter based on [ portfolio/events | purchase request | status (inc archived) | feel free to add more ]
4. Order [least and most] by based on [ creation date | recency | line item size | status ]
