### Description
_As a user, I want to have my Notangles timetable read-only view as my browser's wallpaper through a web browser extension so that I won't have to need to visit notangles.devsoc.app each time I need to check/glance my schedule._
### Requirements
- Initial MVP implementation & tech stack is defined and GitHub issues have been created to address these
- Contacted UI/UX for assistance with this new UI and establish collaborative contribution to this feature for Notangles
