Configure a username for Redis

This docker compose uses redis as-is, without authentication. I should add a username/password configuration to it in order to make it a little more difficult for third parties to access redis when I'm on a network.

I don't have the redis port open to the network on my computer, but if I forget to add the firewall rules, this might be a security issue.
