Downloaded .htm file content is corrupted

This is for version 0.8.3 of this package.

On our old server setup, downloading all files worked as expected. Specs for our old server:
- Artifactory version: 7.33.12
- OS: Windows Server 2016

We recently setup a new server with the following specs:
- Artifactory version: 7.41.7
- OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Since doing so, every time we try download specifically .htm files, the data received is corrupted. Example of what we see:
