- Removed 7 (https://github.com/devinit/digital-platform/commit/482148a353337958de4a7d78faad80388a6135e3), straight up duplicate in all aspects.
- `idb-sp-fund` is **not used** in the `ddw` DB. Have kept the id for now in case it is still used in any of the tables in the `data_series` schema. Have set `name` & `long-name` the same for both ids. Will go through them all and check.
