Touch behaviour on maps on mobile devices

On the maps on mobile devices, we cannot triggers the hover behaviour i.e. showing country details.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Single touch on mobile devices should mimic hover behaviour on desktop, i.e. showing the country details. Double touch on mobile should mimc click behaviour on desktop.
