**Describe the Issue**
Data for government spend per population under spotlight on Uganda's district view has figures in UGX but the website is indicating USD

**To Reproduce**
Replace the content below with the steps to reproduce the behaviour.
1. Navigate to spotlight on Uganda
2. Open any district
3. Under overview, check the section "HOW MUCH DOES THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SPEND PER PERSON?"

**Expected Behaviour**
The currency indicator should be UGX or the figure should be changed USD to maintain the same currency indicator
