PDF profile edits to make it match the new DI brand

DI has updated its brand so now the pdf download styling needs to be updated to reflect this.

Clara has done this brand check for us marking up where changes are required.

**Requested Delivery Date:**
This doesn't need to be worked on till we know when the pdf updates are being made. If we decide to remove the button for pdfs for the ITEP launch until all the data is ready then there would be no need to work on this
