**Describe the Issue**
Negative boxes in box burst should be coloured red as opposed to the same colour as the positive value.

**To Reproduce**
Replace the content below with the steps to reproduce the behaviour.
Go to 'Country profiles'
Click on 'A country profile'
Scroll down to 'Government revenue, financing and expenditure'
See error

**Expected Behaviour**
Negative boxes in box burst should be coloured red as opposed to the same colour as the positive value.

This used to be a formatting setting on previously until accidentally removed. If this can be fixed quickly then great, if it is a long one let me know and we can discuss options.
