Update of spotlight with new data that were recently published after the Feb/Mar data collection

**All finance data for 2020** and **indicators derived from them** are based on proposed budget estimates data we collected in Feb/Mar 2020 before the approved finance/budget data was published by government (in June 2020). They don't accurately reflect the actual budget data published in the approved budget documents available online. We can't run an update now becuase we don't the time. These will need to be updated in the subsequent updates of the spotlight on Uganda

Start by locating the Uganda spotlight's 2020 finance data and the indicators derived from it, then compare them with the approved budget documents published by the government in June 2020. Done means the spotlight reflects the approved data rather than the February/March proposed estimates, including all affected indicators.
