Description
### I have searched through the issues and didn't find my problem.

### Problem
Sometimes icon request PR's contain other changes than to `devicon.json` and the folder `icons/{iconname}. This should never be the case.
### Possible Solution
Add a check to check-bot to check if other files are updated. If they are, the workflow should fail and respond with a message telling the user that files other than `devicon.json` and `icons/{iconname}` should not be edited in an icon request.
