Add more varied seed user data

Right now seed user data is generated from the same sample user. We should have randomized user (including 0s in some fields) to get a better sense of how different components look with "real-looking" data.

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Locate the seed-user generation and the components that consume it, then verify that users vary across fields, include zero values, and produce realistic component states.
