deforestation alerts layers:

the integrated alerts provide likely the best ensemble alerts prediction since it incorporates RADD and GLAD. however the encoding of the result would be time intensive to parse and covert to decimal years (the result from pybayts). RADD also uses this encoding,. I'll likely start just with the GLAD alerts in shapefile format and rasterize that.
