Upload Weights as .pt2 files to hugging face

As we start to pre-generate foundation model weights to use and experiment with it would be nice to open source them, as a resource to the broader community. A few questions about this

**Where should weights live?**
* Would Development Seed's hugging face be an appropriate place? The weights might have more legitimacy if they were hosted by the original model creator if possible?

**Naming Convention**
something like foundationmodel_version_input_feature(s)?
olmoearth_v1_tiny_s2.pt2

**Priority for Generation**
* Olmo Earth (S2 already generated) in #40
* Olmo Earth (S2 + S1)
* Others?
