Indicate which openEO and STAC APIs the app is connected to?

The app is a thin client (with some sample content), connected to content APIs. So the functionality and content the user has at their disposal depends a lot on these two services. It would therefore be nice for a user to be able to see, which services the app is connected to.

Could we design something like this? If we can combine it with a status check of the two apps, such that the user can also see whether the services are alive, that would be 🍒
