Going to explore screen while in editing mode

Description
When the user goes to the 'Explore' screen via the menu, we should set the mode to explore regardless of whether the app is in edit mode.
Steps to reproduce:
1. On the explore map, press 'Add Button'
2. Go to the menu and select 'About'
3. Go to the menu and select 'Explore'
4. The mode is still in edit with a crosshair
Expected - reset to explore mode.
@sethvincent Chatting with @batpad this looks like we've to do something in the navigator. Is this something you can help with?
