Description

The current offline indicator of the pink/red bar below the phone's notification bar is not an immediately obvious status UI. What about something a bit more obvious?

I also see that there is an unimplemented feature for notifying users that they are offline, but don't have an offline map of the area in view downloaded. We should aim to include this in the next cycle:
