Description
Ran into this while trying to add `currency_multi` field for a bank preset. We don't have this input type implemented. For now, we'll fallback to text input.
To support this:

* [ ] Populate options using the script https://github.com/developmentseed/observe-mobile/blob/master/field-options.js
