Support flipped-y images (origin at the bottom left, not top left)

To unblock #261 because the raw AEF GeoTIFFs were exported upside down.

The issue names no repository file or test; start by inspecting the linked test image and locating the GeoTIFF orientation path in the TypeScript raster handling. Done means the supplied upside-down AEF GeoTIFF renders with its bottom-left origin interpreted correctly, with behavior verified against that test image.
