Backlog data-seed

These are the list of things that we think would be good to work on in the immediate future, to be success with Data-seed

- Add a custom way to add raster and vector layers in the menu.
- Display the vector and raster layers in the map.
- Add searching filed to find a particular feature in a vector layer.
- Improving the UI, according to the ui-seed. (This is a bit hard because we can not find much documentation)
- Make customizable many variables for the app, such us Page title, About, etc.
- Add a card to display the layers and features in the app.
- Add a section of stats according to the vector layer loaded. such as : area, length, etc.
