Updating cvat-images-validator to make compatible with latest version of CVAT

We have been using cvat-images-validator for validate the labeled images in our projects, which help us detect some issues in the labeling work. Since CVAT has ha updated the API an UI, this project needs to be updated to those changes, and make it compatible with the latest version of CVAT.

Here couple of thoughts.

- UI for authentication to access the API and images. in that way we can avoid reading the dump xml file, and read directly from the API.
- Build and docker image image and add the image in the same CVAT container.

Done means authenticated API and image access work without relying on the dump XML file, and the project has a usable Docker image integrated with CVAT.
