Description
There is a comma in the tooltip according to the number of '2000 tracts' that are added to the ``, lines [143 - 153 in script.js](https://github.com/developmentseed/census-tracts/blob/gh-pages/script.js#L143-L153).
Console logging the `table` variable does not reveal the comma's origin.
