Description
I see some behavior too:
* sometimes it's unclear if i should scroll
* when i enter the clip mode, it's unclear that i should click the spectrogram. could we may be add the clip window as soon as i enter the mode?
* dragging the clip window doesn't seem to do anything. i have to use the window. which i think is ok!

Check when the clip window appears, whether scrolling is discoverable, and whether dragging responds; done means clip mode clearly prompts interaction, shows the window at the expected time, and has consistent window behavior.
