Description
When we switch to 512 dim embeddings, we should switch to the appropriate perch model https://storage.googleapis.com/chirp-public-bucket/models/perch_4_512.tar.gz. The model is loaded during [build time here](https://github.com/developmentseed/bioacoustics-embed-service/blob/main/Dockerfile#L18-L20)
