Bagajob's GitHub profile does not yet meet all GitHub's [recommended community standards](https://github.com/develop-me/bagajob/community):
**Action:**
Create [default community health files](https://docs.github.com/en/github/building-a-strong-community/creating-a-default-community-health-file):
- Add `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` to meet "Code of Conduct" requirement
- Add `CONTRIBUTING.md` to meet "Contributing" requirement
- Add [Issue Templates](https://docs.github.com/en/github/building-a-strong-community/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository) to meet "Issue Templates" requirement
- Add [Pull Request Templates](https://docs.github.com/en/github/building-a-strong-community/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository) to meet "Pull Request Template" requirement
- Configure repository for admins to accept content reports to meet the "Repository admins accept content reports" requirement
