Define preferred editor for codespaces

We are looking at improving the usability of codespaces for incident response activities and were hoping to define a customization or similar field that would allow 'hinting' to codespaces the preferred editor to launch a codespace in?

End goal is to be able to define a badge that creates/opens a codespace directly to a repository in the jupyter editor - currently this can be done via [setting your default editor](https://docs.github.com/en/codespaces/customizing-your-codespace/setting-your-default-editor-for-github-codespaces) at an account level, however doing at a repository level would be much simpler for users to 'launch' into a consistent environment per repo.
