GitHub Pages version

Can we please get a GitHub Pages version?

This would be optimized just to run the version of Jekyll exactly how GitHub Pages runs it.

And you can also add the Node feature for testing.

Ruby is really just so terrible, it should be removed from earth. But if we need to use it for GitHub Pages / Jekyll to work, then maybe Microsoft can make the world better by making this reproducible build environment a little better by aligning it with GitHub Pages.
