Git feature with credential helper not working when vscode and git are installed in user context

using the git feature with devcontainer on a VScode that is installed in the appdata of a user will result in a not working solution (no credential-manager) without any feedback, reinstalling vscode into program files (system installer) will fix this issue, could not find out how this is an issue
