[Feature Request] Autocompletion for devcontainer cli commands

It would be helpful if the commands in the terminal will autocomplete.

I would like to see this feature added.

For example:

`devcontainer feature test --skip-s`

when hitting tab it should autocomplete to `--skip-scenarios`
