Add a score to compare command

Add a score to the compare command, which counts how many categories each account / user won to determine the more valuable / better account.

Start at the compare command entry point and trace how category results for each account or user are produced. Completion means showing a score based on categories won and identifying the more valuable account; the issue names no file or test, so locate the relevant command and existing test coverage first.
