Feature request: support Routescan-based explorers

[Routescan](https://routescan.io) is a block explorer platform.

It currently hosts many Single and Ecosystem Explorers, of which fully supported are:
- https://snowtrace.io - for Avalanche C-Chain and EVM subnets on mainnet and testnet
- https://flarescan.com - for Mainnet (Flare and Songbird) and testnet (Coston and Coston2)
- https://chiliscan.com - for Chiliz Mainnet and testnet
- https://explorer.metis.com - for Metis Andromeda mainnet and testnet
- https://bobascan.com - for Boba BNB and Boba Ethereum on mainnet and testnet

Routescan offers two types of APIs:
- Etherscan compatible: https://routescan.io/documentation/etherscan-compatibility/accounts
- REST: https://routescan.io/documentation/api-swagger

We'd like to request integration for Routescan and, specifically, for the explorers mentioned above.
