Expand Voice Recognition Options and Customization

Currently, Buster offers a limited number of voice recognition service options. Users cannot choose from more services or customize related settings, which limits flexibility and usability in different scenarios.

Add more voice recognition services and allow users to customize parameters such as language, recognition accuracy, and input source.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

Using the existing limited voice recognition services (not flexible enough).
Using external tools for voice recognition is inconvenient and not integrated.

Identify how services, language, recognition accuracy, and input source are currently represented, then define the supported customization scope and verify that users can select additional services and settings from the extension.
