Buster Captcha Solver Won't Refresh Properly

Buster Captcha Solver won't refresh properly. It now brings up the Solver box to solve the audio challenge. Whenever it doesn't solve the challenge, I press the refresh button and then receive the picture-solving challenge. However, most of the time, all but 2 of the pictures don't show up. See attached.

Done means the refreshed challenge consistently displays all required pictures; the payload names no source files or tests, so locating the relevant entry point will require exploration.
