Green Tick badge ✅ to those who verified their identity through NetVerify service.

To keep the community healthy Deso started the verification process. Also, offered free deso coins. To increase the rate of verification and to help people identify the bad actors, I would like to propose a Green Tick badge ✅ solution to those who verified their identity through Net Verify service.
* It will help users to identify whether the account is verified or not.
* It will be easy to identify (possibly) fake accounts.
* Users will get motivated to verify their accounts for a super cool green badge.
* This will be a first of its kind in social media. As any normal person having a badge will feel privileged.
* Blue Badge for influencers, celebrities and brands. Green Badge for a verified person.

I believe if this feature gets implemented. It'll make the community stronger, trustworthy and more closure.
