Show a confirmation popup if closing app while cloning a repo

### The feature request

A lot of times while cloning a big repository which takes hours to download I was accidentally closing the app for example after doing a commit in other project, forgetting about the cloning process in the background.
Every time I had to start cloning from zero again, it is very frustrating.

### Proposed solution

Please add a popup that pops when we attempt to close the app while any repo is being cloned, in order to minimize these casualties. There is no way anybody would want to close the app while cloning a repo expect if he forgot about it.
