For text entry, a fixed 3 line scrollable text box is difficult to use. Please make modal dialogs used for text entry resizable.

Make modal dialogs used for text entry resizable.
### Additional context
Dialog boxes for "squash commits" and other modal dialogs easily contain lists of text.
