Github desktop - Display who's logged in

### Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

- The website version viewed on a browser shows who logged in on the top-right corner.
- On the desktop software version, to view the who's logged in, you have to click File -> Options...

### Proposed solution

I was thinking displaying the account more clearly without any additional clicks on the software version similarly to the site version.
