Description
So I'm having some weird annoying behavior on with my Github Desktop. I don't know if it's a bug or something wrong with a config somewhere but I am out of ideas. I'm hoping to get advice or answers on what to try.
For a while now, repos in my Github Desktop stopped being sorted by who they belonged to, and seemingly this causes random other annoyances (Like not being able to view new PRs sometimes, or claiming a branch isn't published ect... All things I can work around but are irksome)

However, I am fairly confident this is not an issue with how I've configured my repos .git; I have these repos shared via the cloud to my laptop, where Github Desktop works flawlessly.

Thinking this might be some cached information on my desktop's app, I uninstalled and deleted all the Github Desktop files from my computer (From Appdata/Roaming and Appdata/Local), and reinstalled Github Desktop. Same issue was present with a fresh install.
In an attempt to see what could be different between the two installs, I compared their IndexDB. The broken install appears to have an empty `gitHubRepositories` section of the database compared to the functional install. This is getting way out of my depth though and is purely me speculating possible causes.

Please let me know if any further information would be useful. (Also please make the title more descriptive if possible)
### Version & OS
