Port Screen Configs to General config file

Move the options for the screens to the general config

Start by locating the existing screen configuration options and the general config implementation, using the completed aliases change as a reference. Move the remaining Name, Duplex options, and corners into the general config, then verify that screen configuration still works and no screen-specific options remain outside it.
