Capture Input still shows after selection remembered (on screen wake)

System: Fedora Linux 44 (Workstation Edition)
Session: GNOME (wayland)

GNOME server

### What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start server on GNOME
2. See Capture Input dialog
3. Click 'Remember this selection'
4. Accept/share
5. Sleep then wake computer

Expected: Preference is remembered and I never see dialog again

Actual: Dialog shows on screen wake
