Estimate transient science return from 1% Survey

After SV, the BGS 1% survey will cover:
- 140 deg^2
- last ~4 weeks

The BGS WG would like to know the expected transient observations during this period. Note that DESI will perform repeated observations of the same 140 deg^2 but ToO secondary targeting could be much less likely than even during SV.
