Incorrect model image from desi_extract_spectra

Description
When extracting a frame with the --model option and the default number of subbundles, the model
image is overwritten per block that are larger than their validity range (in the fiber direction). See following image.
The problem is solved in the fiber direction when the code is run with option --nsubbundles=1 , but there is a still an issue in the wavelength direction
