Description
**Describe the bug**
When viewing the Issues.csv, the Date field is not exporting as a date.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go through the tool to create an Issues.csv
2. Open the csv
3. View the "Date" field
**Expected behavior**
Date field should show a logical date
