Discuss light and dark mode in Figma

**Problem**
Design can't leverage Figma's modes (different themes) using the current Cauldron color naming approach. This is creating issues for new component additions and with preparing to incorporate the new brand.

**Solution**
Design will rework the Figma library and add in a variable naming convention that removes this issue.

**Risks**
This will put design and dev out of sync for handoff.
