Browser Support Calibration

With a major, it gives us the opportunity to recalibrate our browser support. Right now we still support even IE 11. Which causes quite a few technique tricks to keep going.

Where can we go with v5? At least dropping IE and much older browser versions. But is there any potential to update the support schematic to keep more modern? Like last 2-3 versions of browsers.

The world is very different now than when v4 came out. We have baseline assertions and organizations update browsers regularly.
